This 165 mm Cheese Hoop / Basket is ideal for cheeses like Brie, Blue Vein, and Washed Rind, also suitable for Hard Cheeses when a follower is used.

Hoop / Basket is 165 mm wide and 140 mm high and is featured in our Hard Cheese Kit.

These baskets, with their followers, are made to suit the Green Living Australia Cheese Presses, and all three are made in Australia.

Please Note:

Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water, but rinsed with boiling water, to prevent warping. A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.
