The hoop / Basket is 165 mm wide and 140 mm high with a matched follower and is featured in our Hard Cheese Kit.

This 165 mm Cheese Hoop / Basket is ideal for cheeses like Brie, Blue Vein, and Washed Rind, and it is also suitable for Hard Cheeses when the follower is used.

These baskets, with their followers, are made to suit the Green Living Australia Cheese Presses, and all three are made in Australia.

Please Note:

Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water but rinsed with boiling water to prevent warping. A sterilising solution can also be used but must be fully rinsed off.
